July 2008 I was delivered from a life of drugs and violence when the Lord saved me

July 2008 I smoked 1 pack of cigarets for 6 or 7 years. I tried everything to quit and could not find the will power to do so. I would be ok for a week or two but then I would get cravings again and give in. Along with the failure came the condemnation and guilt. I finally was delivered when I was baptised into the Holy Spirit. The cravings just simply disappeared and never came back !!!! Praise God !!!!

From Chicago The Lord has delivered me from Pornography. Praise His Name forever !!!!  Now I feel clean and whole for the first time in years.

From Arizona My wife and I thought we were going to lose our children to the courts and our family would be torn apart. But I asked Pastor Dan ( my note : this is what my brother calls me even though I'm not officially a pastor. I guess in his and the Lord's eyes I am ! ) to pray and he encouraged us that we were not going to lose our children because the Lord had showed him we wouldn't. Praise God !!!! we did not lose them !!!!!

From Arizona God used Dan to help me have a little better understanding of the grace and love of God. I am being liberated more and more from self - condemnation and am falling in love with Jesus more than ever. It's strange that the more I focus on Christ and who He is and What He has done for me,instead of my behaviour, then my behviour actually becomes more Christ like !!!!

This is my own praise report: from Dan Dickerson While in Arizona this past summer I had numerous opportunities to minister on the street and to other Christians about the covenant relationship that we have with Christ. I could actually see it in their eyes and smiles when the Lords light finally got through. For some reason I'm noticing that this covenant teaching really appeals to men. I think it's because the hollywood, religious,and Santa Claus version of Jesus gets crushed ( as it should ) and gets replaced with the real Jesus. But it was great getting to share with people the word of the Lord that brings real liberty to finally live and see what and who we really are. We are sons and daughters of the same God of Abraham, Issac, and David and the man Christ Jesus who is also our God. I hope to upload some pictures of the park ministry that I was privileged to be a part of for a while. Pray for Andrew and Jeremy that is one cool ministry. People were getting saved, healed and restored back to fellowship with the Father. I wish I could be there but I have my work here in Illinois. I also want to add briefly that my half sister who was taken away from our Mom over 38 years ago was reunited with all of us in May of this year. We thought and at times feared we would never see her again because her dad was from Bagdad and we thought he had taken her back there. I want to encourage you all if you've been praying for something for a long time DON'T GIVE UP !  I had prayed for years that wherever she was that the Lord would keep her alive and reunite us all someday. And He Did !!!  HE LOVES RESTORING FAMILIES IN SPITE OF WHAT GOOFY PEOPLE AND SOMETIMES GOOFY PREACHERS TRY TO TELL YOU !!!  Stick to the Lord and his promises like gorilla glue and you will see your prayers answered. The Key is not to give up or as Jesus said " Men ought always to pray and not faint.

Added 11-30-08 Give HIm Praise My glorious mighty God is so awesome and wonderful, I exalt him give him thanks in the name of his son Jesus Christ, my living light and guide who sits at his right hand in heaven.  I'm so excited that I just want to shout to the world that I saw God at work today and it was so magnificent the only word that comes to my mind is, WOW! In my dreams he warned me that I would be unfairly treated and that my enemy would be defeated.  I have a new boss that has been subtly trying to make trouble for me, even though I humbly accepted and quietly complied with all his instructions thus far. Even though I disagreed with most of his sometimes unreasonable demands, I was careful to never let him know as I was afraid he might accuse me of being insubordinate. But the other day it all climaxed when he tried to discipline me for my footwear (shoes without heels) which clearly did not violate the office's corporate dress code. But my mighty prince of peace Jesus Christ was faithful in his loving kindness and I was amazed at how quickly he came to my aid by the outpouring of support from staff members who voiced their absolute condemnation of my boss' unfair attack against me as he struggled to justify his position and ended up alienating himself in the process.  So I offer all my thanks and praise to my Jesus my loving saviour for defending me so perfectly. I will bless him at all times!  I also offer him thanks and praise in advance for the conversion and salvation of the souls of my family members and my friend Marc, who I know will soon be a loving, faithful, righteous servant to our heavenly Father and a loving, faithful husband to me as he can be no good to me until he's acceptable in the Lord's sight.  So I trust in his unending flow of loving kindness, everlasting mercy and infinite wisdom, that has never let me down before, as I wait in complete faith for the wonderous works of his mighty hands.  All Glory, Power, Blessing and Honour to God in the Highest!  I celebrate his grace in the name of his son Jesus Christ, through whom all blessings flow, Amen.
